The Purely American affiliate program is an opportunity for you to earn money by simply placing a Purely American banner or text link on your site. You make an 8% commission when one of your visitors makes a purchase from our site after linking to us from your site.

There is no charge to become a member of our affiliate program. And, you can cancel at any time.

How Do I Join?
It’s a simple three –step process: 1) read our affiliate marketing network agreement; 2) fill out our online affiliate marketing network application (we will review your application and web site and respond within 72 hours); 3) upon acceptance, Purely American will notify you via email with instructions concerning how to link to us and begin earning money.

How do I qualify for Purely American’s Affiliate Network Program?
You must be 18 years of age or older. You can join as an individual or a business. You must have an active website. Upon receiving your application, we will review your site. We do not accept websites, individuals, or businesses that promote or are engaged in the following:
• Promote violence
• Promote or contain any type of pornography
• Promote or are engaged in any illegal activity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Promote discrimination based on sex, race, religion, national origin, physical
   disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Payment of Commissions
How much do I get paid?
We pay 8% on all sales generated from visitors who come to us directly from your site.

How often do I get paid?
Commission checks are written monthly for account balances which are $50.00 or higher. If your account balance is less than $50.00, your balance will roll over and be added to the commissions for the following month. Commissions are credited to your account on the date the order is shipped. Commission checks are sent within 15 days after the end of each month.

If a product that generated a commission for your account is returned, we will deduct that commission from the next months’ balance. If, within three months, no additional commissions are generated in your account, we will send you a bill so that your account will become balanced.

How do I monitor my sales?
Simply log onto your Purely American account at www.myaffiliateprogram.com/u/purely/login.htm, to access a variety of reports detailing every sale 24 hours a day, every day.

How do I obtain more links?
Simply log on to your Purely American account at www.myaffiliateprogram.com/u/purely/login.htm.to access a wide variety of linking, as well as tips on where to place your links. All Purely American graphics will be hosted on our site.

Does creating links require special skills?
No programming skills are needed.

Can I change or customize the links provided by Purely American?
No. It is not permitted to change or customize any Purely American links.

Can I use all or any part of Purely American’s name in my URL, or in the name of my site?
No. The use of Purely American or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from our affiliate marketing network. In this and all other cases in which an affiliate breaches any part of our affiliate marketing network agreement, the affiliate thereby forfeits any earned commissions.

Can I link to Purely American from more than one web site?
Yes, each site must be submitted and approved individually using the same guidelines as presented in our Affiliate Marketing Network Agreement. Instructions will be provided to enable each site to be tracked individually.

How does Purely American track my sales activity?
Purely American uses MyAffiliateProgram software from Kowabunga Marketing, Inc to track visitors from your site. Each of our links placed on your site contains your unique ID code. Every time a customer comes to our site from your site using our link and makes a purchase, this outstanding technology enables us track that sale and credit it to your account.

What are my responsibilities as a Purely American affiliate?
As a Purely American affiliate, you are initially responsible for setting up Purely American links and banners on your site. Long-term, it is to your benefit to become actively engaged in promoting Purely American products on your site. We highly encourage you to experiment with changing linking styles, changing link locations, adding editorial text about our site, or adding testimonials about our products onto your site. Be creative. We are here to help you earn extra income for your site.

What is Purely American’s policy on spamming?
Purely American will terminate the contract with any affiliate found to be engaged in spamming. – the practice of sending bulk mail to recipients whom have not opted – in or requested this type of communication.

Does Purely American accept affiliates located outside the lower 48 states?
Yes. However, our posted shipping rates are only valid for the lower 48 states. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska upon request. Those rates are higher. We only ship to the 50 states of the United States of America.

How do I get started?
It’s easy! Read over and evaluate our Affiliate Marketing Network Agreement. If you are in agreement and wish to begin making extra income for your site promoting some of America’s finest specialty foods from Purely American Foods, carefully fill out and submit your application.
